"This sculpture remained in an "unfinished" state for several months while I moved on to other things and I knew during all of that time that I would never add or subtract any more metal. I moved away from a moment in time where the sculpture said "go away, leave me in peace, get on with your own life, get on with your own life, I now have mine, as imperfect as you consider me to be."
Giving it the title Brainless, 30 Calibre placed it as figurative, 1999, Kosovo. Now that situation changed the sculpture remains to mark the place and time of what was in my mind and on TV and radio. Refugees, massacres, kids crying and laughing, and video games of missiles and politics. The background noise of a working day."
